Rose hip tea

Coesam rose hip tea is made exclusively of shells from the fruit of rose hip plants that is cultivated ecological in Coesam’s own plantations. All plants originate from a selected plant (Rosa canina) found in the mountains in the south of Chile.
Coesam rose hip tea has a high content of natural vitamin C with antioxidant effect. In addition, rose hip shells contain lycopene plus other beta-carotenes, and bio-flavonoids with antioxidant effect.
Recommended daily intake: A teaspoon shells (2.5 gr) is poured over with ¼ l very hot water (90 - 95°C). Wait 8-10 minutes before filtration.
The remaining shells can transferred to a healthy and tasteful rose hip soup by adding a bit of honey
You can also enjoy Coesam Rose Hip Tea cold as a refreshing ice tea. The tea can even be prepared cold. Prepare with cold water overnight in the fridge and you have a refreshing ice tea with the maximum benefit from the content of vitamin C.
