Coesam develops ecological health products based on rose hips ( Rosa canina) . The company is among the World leaders where the most important products are rosehip oil, rosehip tea and rosehip powder.
Back in the 1970ies it was demonstrated by Coesam together with Chilean and foreign universities that rosehip seed oil has remarkable skin care properties – properly due the content of essential fatty acids and antioxidants (mainly vitamin A and E and beta-carotene). This discovery led to the development of various skin care products based on rose hip oil.
Coesam 100% rose hip seed oil has been named “The Original Rose Hip Oil” and has made the Coesam brand known in most of the World.
